The data asset at the heart of every partnership is twofold: the functional variant database we generate with geneSlice™, and the clinical decision support software we are building on top of it — software that uses NGS sequencing data to identify patients likely to respond to a given therapy. Each software instance covers one or more treatment-relevant genes for one specific drug asset, and accompanies the underlying database as part of a longer-term engagement.
